Amber and Joe is based in Nicosia, Cyprus. It was founded by coffee professionals and has grown to be a team of talented coffee specialists, with a wealth of experience and passion for what we do.
After opening its doors on Strovolou Avenue in December 2021, Amber and Joe remains a gathering place for locals and a destination for all coffee aficionados. Curious, we’re on a mission to continually evolve, constantly experimenting with new ingredients and techniques. Yet we always stay true to our philosophy: serve good coffee to good people.

Our lab is the heart of our operations, where we carefully select and roast our coffee beans, ferment and provide trainings and consulting services to coffee shops.
