Terms & Conditions – Giveaway 01/04/2026-30/04/2026 

1. Organizing Company 

The giveaway is organized by P.B.G Communal Coffee Company, located at Thessalonikis 12DE, Strovolos, 2020, Nicosia, Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), with contact email: operations@amberandjoe.com. 

 

2. Giveaway Period 

The giveaway will run from April 1, 2026 at 00:00 until April 30, 2026 at 23:59 (the “Giveaway Period”). 

Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered. 

 

3. Eligibility 

Participation is open to individuals who: 

  • Are permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus 
  • Are at least 18 years of age 
  • Maintain an active user account on the Company’s website 
  • Complete a valid purchase through the Company’s retail coffee beans online store 

The following are excluded from participation: 

  • Employees of the Company 
  • Immediate family members and relatives of employees, as defined by applicable law 

An entry is considered valid only if the corresponding order: 

  • Has been successfully completed, and 
  • Has been fully paid 

Any order that is cancelled or refunded will result in the corresponding entry being automatically disqualified. 

If a participant deletes their user account, they will be automatically disqualified from the giveaway. 

 

4. How to Enter 

Participation in the giveaway is automatic upon purchasing selected coffee products. 

Entries are awarded as follows: 

  • 250g coffee beans → 1 entry 
  • 1kg coffee beans → 4 entries 
  • 100g premium coffee beans → 1 entries 
  • Subscription to any coffee subscription plan → 3 entries 

Entries are cumulative, meaning participants may earn multiple entries depending on the quantity and type of products purchased during the Giveaway Period. 

 

5. Prize 

The prize consists of one (1) brand-new, sealed Sage Oracle Jet Truffle Black coffee machine, which is currently stored at the Company’s premises. 

The product is covered by a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. 

The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. 

 

6. Winner Selection 

One (1) winner will be selected through a random draw. 

The draw will take place on May 2, 2026, at the Company’s premises, in a manner that ensures fairness and randomness. 

 

7. Winner Announcement 

The winner will be announced on the same day as the draw (May 2, 2026) عبر the Company’s official social media platforms. 

The Company reserves the right to contact the winner directly using the contact details provided. 

 

8. Prize Collection 

The winner must collect the prize within seven (7) days from the announcement date, from the Company’s premises. 

Delivery is not available. 

If the prize is not collected within the specified period, the Company reserves the right to revoke the prize and select a new winner. 

 

9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR) 

Participants acknowledge that creating and maintaining a user account on the Company’s website is required for participation. 

Personal data will be stored for as long as the user account remains active and will be deleted upon request or account deletion. 

Participants have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 

Deletion of a user account during the Giveaway Period will result in automatic disqualification. 

 

10. Limitation of Liability 

The Company shall not be held liable for: 

  • Any malfunction or defect of the prize after delivery 
  • Any issues covered under the manufacturer’s warranty 
  • Technical issues affecting participation in the giveaway 
  • Any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the prize 

The Company’s liability is limited solely to the provision of the prize as described herein. 

 

11. Force Majeure 

The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, network outages, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

In such cases, the Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway. 

 

12. Fraud & Abuse 

The Company reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who: 

  • Breaches these Terms & Conditions 
  • Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behavior 
  • Uses multiple accounts or any technical means to manipulate the outcome 

 

13. Company Rights 

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: 

  • Amend these Terms & Conditions 
  • Extend or shorten the Giveaway Period 
  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway 
  • Disqualify any participant 

Any changes will be communicated via the Company’s website. 

 

14. Publicity & Use of Content 

By participating in the giveaway, participants agree that the Company may use: 

  • The winner’s name 
  • Social media profile 
  • Photos and/or videos featuring the winner 

for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation. 

Such use may occur across any media, including the Company’s website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. 

 

15. Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. 

Any disputes arising in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia. 

 

16. Acceptance of Terms 

Participation in the giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
