- 250ml of filtered water, heated to 93°C

Instructions
1. Prepare the Filter and AeroPress
- Insert a metal filter into the AeroPress cap and rinse it with hot water to preheat and ensure a proper seal.
- Assemble the AeroPress in the inverted position (plunger at the bottom, chamber facing up, Make sure to pull the plunger all the way down to fit all the water) on a stable surface.
2. Initial Pour and Stir
- Start your timer and pour 100g of hot water over the coffee grounds.
- At 0:10, stir gently for 10 seconds to ensure all grounds are evenly saturated.
3. Second Pour
- At 0:30, add the remaining 150g of water to reach 250g total.
4. Final Stir and Pre-Press
- At 1:00, stir again for 10 seconds to ensure full immersion and balanced extraction.
- Secure the AeroPress cap with the metal filter onto the chamber.
5. Flip and Press
- At 2:00, flip the AeroPress swiftly onto your server or mug in a controlled motion.
- Begin pressing slowly and steadily for 10–20 seconds, applying even pressure until you hear a slight hissing sound, indicating complete extraction.
