CLEVER DRIPPER

Recipe
- 20g of freshly ground coffee (medium-coarse grind, similar to sea salt)
- 300ml of filtered water (heated to 93°C)

Instructions
- Prepare the Filter and Dripper
- Place a No. 4 paper filter into the Clever Dripper after folding the ridged edges.
- Rinse the filter with hot water to remove any paper taste and preheat the dripper. Discard the rinse water.
- Add Coffee and Bloom
- Add the 20g of coffee grounds into the filter, ensuring an even distribution.
- Pour all 300ml of hot water in one steady pour, fully saturating the coffee grounds.
- Steep and Extract
- After 1 minute, stir the crust that has been formed gently 3–5 times in a cross shaped pattern.
- Cover the Clever Dripper and allow the coffee to steep for 1 more minute.
- Drain and Serve
- After steeping, place the Clever Dripper onto your cup or server, triggering the release mechanism.
- Allow the coffee to fully drain, which should take approximately 2 minutes.
- Remove the dripper, swirl the brewed coffee gently, and serve immediately.
